Teamwork Client Enhancements

In this release, Teamwork Client is enhanced to provide a better teamwork environment for clients. Enhancements include better detection of project modification state and the preservation of view settings.

The following are actions that can alter the project modification state in previous releases, but not the latest release.

• Opening a diagram
• Closing a diagram
• Switching between diagrams (via tab, Window > Switch to Diagram...)
• Showing the Start Page

With this change, clients only need to take care of ‘real’ changes of the project, rather than the changes of local view settings, which has no meaning to other team members.

The following view settings won’t be overwritten when checking out a teamwork project from server.

• Windows size
• Windows position
• Diagrams open and closed state
• Active window selection
• Scroll position

Note: These changes apply to standalone (non-teamwork) environment as well. An example is to import an external project into your current project, which will also keep the view settings unchanged.
