Group Selection Resources

When editing a diagram, you can take advantage of group selection resources to help you align or distribute selected shapes more efficiently.

1. Select two or more shapes and roll over one of the shapes to make the group align resource visible (or select three or more shapes to make the group distribute resource visible as well).
   
   
   
2. You can click on the button of a group resource to perform the action as indicated by its icon and tooltip.
   
   
   
3. Or you may click on the drop-down button to select an action to perform in the popup menu.
   
   
   
4. If you perform an align action on a group of shapes using group selection resource, the shape where the resource is shown will be used as the referenced shape of alignment. For example, click on Align Bottom resource of a shape, all selected shapes will be aligned to the bottom edge of this shape.
