Starting VP-UML on Linux

The following steps show you how to start VP-UML on Linux platform:

  1. Run the installer with superuser’s right
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-1.jpg

  2. Specify the installation path as /usr/local
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-2.jpg

  3. Specify the location for creating the links
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-3.jpg

  4. Select product and edition
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-4.jpg

    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-5.jpg

  5. Execute the link run_vpuml under /usr/local/bin
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-6.jpg

  6. VP-UML starts up and import the activation key
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-7.jpg

    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-8.jpg

  7. VP-UML starts up successfully
    starting_vp-uml_on_linux-9.jpg
